This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) is established electronically in accordance with Turkish consumer protection legislation and applies to purchases made through www.thebodyshop.tr.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Contract.

Buyer

The individual consumer who places an order through www.thebodyshop.tr and whose details are provided during checkout.

2. Subject of the Contract

This Contract governs the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through the Seller’s website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law and related regulations.

3. Product Information

The essential characteristics of the products, including:

• Product name

• Content and usage information

• Quantity

• Unit price

• Total price including taxes

• Delivery costs (if applicable)

are displayed on the product pages and during the checkout process and form an integral part of this Contract.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices:

• Are stated in Turkish Lira (TRY)

• Include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated

Payment is made electronically using the payment methods offered on the website. Payment details are processed securely by authorized payment service providers.

If payment authorization cannot be obtained, the order will not be completed.

5. Formation of the Contract

The Buyer submits an offer to purchase by completing the checkout process.

The Contract is formed when:

• Payment authorization is successfully completed, and

• An order confirmation is sent to the Buyer electronically.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer during checkout.

Delivery is made within the legally prescribed timeframe and generally within 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier availability.

Delivery is limited to addresses within the Republic of Turkey.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing any reason and without penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller within the 14-day period by sending a clear written statement (for example, by email) to info@thebodyshop.tr.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Turkish law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or whose protective seals have been removed for hygiene and health reasons

• Products that cannot be returned due to their nature

This does not affect the Buyer’s rights in case of defective or incorrect products.

9. Return Procedure

Returned products must:

• Be unused and unopened

• Be in their original packaging

• Include all accessories, labels, and documentation

Return shipping costs may be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated or required by law.

10. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the Seller will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Where required by law, the original delivery fee will also be refunded.

11. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the product is defective or does not match the order, the Buyer should contact the Seller promptly. In such cases, the Buyer’s statutory rights under Turkish law remain fully protected.

12. Personal Data

Personal data collected during the order process is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Seller’s Privacy Policy.

13. Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or governmental actions.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Any disputes arising from this Contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Turkish courts.

15. Acceptance

By completing an order on www.thebodyshop.tr, the Buyer confirms acceptance of this Distance Sales Contract.
